2021 marks the 75th year of the Association of Technical Lightning & Access Specialists (ATLAS) representing the lightning protection and specialist access industry. To celebrate this poignant milestone, ATLAS would like to take you on a journey through 75 years of history in its new video.
In the newly launched video, ATLAS compares landmarks in its history to worldwide events, including when England won the World Cup and the first Concorde flight; starting back in 1946 when federation was founded, taking you right through to the current day, demonstrating how much the industry has progressed over 75 years.
ATLAS has accomplished a great deal over the years, publishing numerous guidance documents, launching successful campaigns, inputting into new British Standards and much more! The new video will run you through some of ATLAS’ greatest achievements and highlight the work of its members.
