FASET celebrated its 10th Annual General Meeting and Awards Dinner on Thursday, November 20th, at the Worsley Park and Golf Club in Manchester. The milestone event saw members gather for updates from organisations including DWP and IPAF and heard an inspirational presentation from Dylan Skelhorn on the dangers of falling from height.
Tony Seddon, MD of FASET, congratulated the winners, stating the event reinforced the vital commitment to safety.
Award winners included Trad Sales & Hire (Health, Safety & Environmental), Nationwide Safety (Excellence of Work), and Scott Anderson OneStop Safety Solutions (Team Member). The Outstanding Achievement Award went to John Walsh, Safety Net Services.
The evening featuring entertainment from comedian Mark Watson, also raised over £1,300 for the No Falls Foundation and Prostate Cancer UK, demonstrating the industry’s dedication to charitable causes.
